Privacy notice
This notice explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. Last updated September 30, 2026.
Quote requests
When you send a quote request we receive your name, email address, the product you chose, and any quantity and project details you type in. The request is emailed to our team at support@stainlesswallpro.com so we can reply to you, and a copy is kept in a private file on our web host (not in a public folder) in case an email goes astray.
To stop automated spam, the website counts how many requests come from the same connection in an hour. It stores a scrambled (hashed) form of the connection’s internet address for that purpose, not the address itself, and discards each count after an hour.
Customer reviews
Reviews are submitted only through personal links we send to customers. Submitted reviews, including any logo or photo you upload, are checked by us before anything is published. Only approved reviews appear on this website.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set a short-lived security cookie to screen out automated traffic when a form is sent. The review administration area uses a login cookie for our staff only.
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers to download them. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that request.
Who handles it
We do not sell the information you send us. It is handled by the services that run this website and our email: our web host and our email provider.
